Webb Information Desk

The mission of the Old Dominion University Webb Information Desk is to provide efficient and accurate information and valuable services to students, faculty, staff, and guests by being knowledgeable and resourceful.  We strive to provide a positive customer experience through enthusiastic, helpful, and hospitable service.

Located on the first floor of Webb in the main lobby, the Webb Information Desk (WID) provides students and the community with information about organizations, activities, and policies of Old Dominion University.  In addition, the WID provides the following products, services, and resources:

• Student organization event tickets
• Stamps 
• Free DVD Movie Rentals
• Car assistance - battery boosters, jumper cables, and Fix-a-Flat
• Semester locker rentals 
• Campus maps
• Vending machine refunds
• General ODU information

WID Hours of Operation (Fall and Spring Semesters):
Monday - Friday, 8am - 10pm
Saturday, 9am-10pm
Sunday, 9am - 10pm

WID Hours of Operation (Summer):
Monday - Friday, 8am - 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, closed
