Whether you're interested in developing your skills for future growth, to improve your current student organization or for personal reasons, the Technical Leadership Lab can help you achieve your goal. All students and advisors can sign up for one or more workshops:
Some sessions focus on improving the operations of your organization; while others focus on developing your leadership skills in general. Organizations are REQUIRED to send one member to the budget session.

*Remember to sign in for individual workshops you attend. Students who attend three sessions will receive credit on their co-curricular transcript.
In addition, the Spring 2011 Tech Lab will be incorporated in ODU's Comprehensive Leadership Program. This program focuses on self-awareness, ethical leadership, integrity, and service. It gives students the resources and opportunities to become a successful leader and truly develop their leadership skill set to their full capacity.
Workshops will focus on individual, group, and society (as indicated on the schedule of sessions). Each student in the Comprehensive Leadership Program is required to attend 3 workshops for each area, for a total of 9 work-shops over their duration of their academic career.
