Comprehensive Leadership Program

The Office of Student Activities & Leadership introduced ODU's Comprehensive Leadership Program.  This program focuses on self-awareness, ethical leadership, integrity, and service.  It gives students the resources and opportunities to become a successful leader and truly develop their leadership skill-set to their fullest capacity, while making a positive impact.

The Comprehensive Leadership Program aims to assist students on their leadership journey at Old Dominion University.  The program consists of three developmental phases: Emerging Leaders, Developing Leaders, and Monarch Leaders.  The tiered leadership program utilizes the Social Change Model of leadership and examines the individual, the group, and the community.

The program initiatives provide students the opportunity for dialogue, feedback, and the development of new skills.  The program emphasizes peer to peer learning and includes avenues for self-reflection and hands on leadership experience.
