Monarch Service Days
One Saturday a month, the Center for Service & Civic Engagement sponsors a day of service that gives students the opportunity to complete a project in our local community. Each Monarch Service Day is held at a different nonprofit organization with the goal of providing students with diverse experiences while showing our appreciation of and supporting our surrounding community.

March Monarch Service Day- March 25, 2012
The March Monarch Service Day is the The Up Center's Step It Up Event. This year's event will be held on March 25, 2012 from 9am to 1pm at The Dominion Tower in Downtown Norfolk. April Monarch Service Day- April 13, 2012 ***On Campus Event!
The April Monarch Service Day is the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of ODU in the Webb Center on Main Campus. This year's Relay will be held on April 13 from 7am to 7pm. To learn more about the event and how to get involved as a fundraiser or volunteer, visit: www.relayforlife.org/ODU.
