On-Campus Housing Information
The Office of Housing and Residence Life manages applications for on-campus housing. International students are not guaranteed on-campus housing! Special instructions for international students applying for housing are available. Please note that on-campus housing is limited. If you want to live on campus, you must submit the application as soon as possible. Please do not wait until the last minute.
Off-Campus Housing Information
Check back soon for more information and resources on securing off-campus housing. In the meantime, the office of Housing and Residence Life maintains an index of current availabilities, and message boards to search or advertise for roommates. You may also check the following websites for additional housing information:

- The District Apartments, off-campus housing within a walking distance to ODU.
- ODURent, off-campus housing nearby ODU
- If you want to check the direction and how far from ODU to your prospective housing, you can use Google Maps
