Educational Accessibility Accommodation Letter Request


Main Campus Students:
The Office of Educational Accessibility will e-mail students, at their request, a copy of their faculty accommodation letter. Students will be responsible for delivering the letter(s) to the appropriate professors via e-mail or hardcopy unless the courses are web-based.



Web-Based Courses Only

For web-based courses, the Office of Educational Accessibility will e-mail the letters to the professors on behalf of the students, only after the students identify that they are taking a web-based course.

Teletechnet Students Only:
The Office of Educational Accessibility will e-mail the students' faculty accommodation letters to the site directors and professors.
